Wild wood is the joint venture of Quentin Navarre and Amy Webster. We met in carpentry school in 2015 while studying Heritage Carpentry and Joinery at Algonquin College in Perth Ontario.

While still in school, Quentin started collecting used tools in a small commerical garage bay he rented with a friend for 50$/month. When he wasn't learning and working on his projects at school he was at his shop experimenting and building new things out of wood.

Fast forward to 2018, our shop has expanded from it's humble beginnings. We now have a 1200 square foot fully outfitted joinery shop with all the tools needed for fine woodworking:

  • 20" General thickness planer

  • General 120 wood lathe

  • Sawstop 10” Cabinet Table Saw

  • General 8" jointer

  • Laguna 180 BX Bandsaw with 16" resaw capacity

  • 3 joinery benches

  • 3 assembly/glue-up tables

  • Hand planes and bench chisels

  • Sanding and finishing equipment
